Returns
The buyer must inform us of the reason for return within 14 days of receiving and then return the item with 14 days, The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and any loss in value for a returned parcel not returned in a saleable state, due to damage or misuse, and this will be deducted from the refund is due.
Although you cannot return custom made to order items, bespoke or personalised items, or any item that has been made especially for you to your specifications. All items when returned must be unused and all original seals /protective films etc.. intact in original or adequate packaging.
We cannot offer a refund , store credit /exchange if returned in a used condition and any loss of value will be deducted from any refund due.
Refunds/Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations, exchange or refund for made to order, Personalised or bespoke items. Rush orders can not be cancelled or altered once the order is placed.
If you need to, please ask to order samples for colour matching prior to purchasing, as we do not refund custom made to order items due to colour/size issues.
Product colours can vary from the screen picture due to various lighting conditions/ monitor settings,(especially LCDs) are notoriously bad for colour accuracy.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
Firstly, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We strive to keep all our customers happy with their service, which is why we take it seriously when we’re contacted about a potential problem.
Parcels can get misplaced for a number of reasons, such as the shipping label becomes damaged, obscured or dislodged during the shipping process or there’s been an issue during parcel sorting.
PLEASE CHECK YOU EMAIL FOR TRACKING INFO FOR YOU PARCEL AND WATCH IT CLOSELY.
Once the estimated delivery date has passed and you let us know that you parcel has not arrived we will open an enquiry with the carrier to investigate its whereabouts, starting from the last depot in which the shipment was scanned. An enquiry into a missing parcel takes the courier a minimum of seven to ten days, with many taking longer. If after the investigation the carrier deems your parcel is lost or damaged we can claim with the carreir and refund you in full.
Please allow the carrier up to 14 working days to investiagte missing and damaged parcel claims.
