Important Food Safety & Care Information:
The logs are kiln dried but not sealed, varnished or treated in any way.
Please always use a food-grade cake board or protective barrier under the cake.
Never place the cake directly onto the wood surface, as moisture, icing or oils from the cake may stain the natural wood.
Natural Product Notice:
Bark is pinned in place which is needed to stop the bark falling off as once a Tree is cut and dried it sheds its bark naturally, Please note, natural products will always have small differences and natural imperfections.
Every log slice is unique. As these are natural products, the shape, grain pattern, bark may not fully cover all the edge, texture, knots , colour and growth rings will vary from the photographs shown. This is a natural feature of the wood not a flaw.
